Marketing / Customer Support Specialist – zákaznická podpora



Popis pozice

• Fulfilment of ad hoc data requests, design and production of regular [weekly] statistical reports for international corporate marketing colleagues
• Participation in international marketing team activities, both regular and on as needed basis, involving remote conferencing
• Planning, ordering and complete management of consumable production and supply chain [playslips & rolls] for a countrywide network of over 10.000 lottery points of sales
• Planning, content updating, ordering, distribution of lottery retailer manual
• Coordinating of train-the-trainer activities for lottery retail clerks into new products and applications
• Regular contact and close planning and coordiation with the customer’s marketing, operations and logistic department
• Coordinating correct use of corporate branding at the local level, including responsibility for all corporate gifting
• Ownership of and responsibility for accuracy of the budget planning, forecasting and tracking in all of the above areas
• Performance of other related tasks and duties as per the superior’s instruction

Požadujeme

• Bachelor degree [lower only if compensated by additional extent of experience or training]
• Knowledge and practical understanding of key marketing concepts
• Relevant experience in managing customer relationship and projects
• Advanced user knowledge in working with databases and computer tools [Excel, Powerpoint, Word]
• Czech language - fluently
• Intermediate English [comprehension and speaking B2+ level]
• Very good communication and task/project coordination skills
• Experience in print production and/or project management an advantage
